We are a small Gluten Free Company based out of Clermont, Florida. We established the company in 2014, with a very small product line. Which over the years we have expanded into other areas. Such as catering, custom cakes, meal prep and planning, and customized heat and serve meals. As well as special dietary needs such as keto, vegan, paleo, fodmaps and more! We are located inside The Downtown Exchange which is behind Cornerstone Music Shop. The address is 639 8th Street, Clermont, FL 34711. You can also find us at the Winter Garden Farmers Markets on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm, and the Downtown Clermont Farmers Market on Sundays from 9am to 2pm.

Chef Amanda started her culinary journey when she was younger and cooked with her great grandmothers and grandmothers. Although they taught her well, she choose to attend Valencia College where she received her degree in Culinary Management. She has worked in many restaurants over the years, and has competed in several culinary competitions. Where she has received two silver medals and many other awards as well.
