We are a small mobile Gluten Free Company based out of Clermont, Florida. We established the company in 2014, with a very small product line. Which over the years we have expanded into other areas. Such as catering, custom cakes, meal prep and planning, and customized heat and serve meals. Here at The Crazy Apron we believe in providing gluten free foods at a reasonable price.
Currently, we are a mobile company, and set up at the Winter Garden Farmers Market and other local events. They best way to find us is by following us on our social media, and checking for our events section on our website.
Amanda started her culinary journey when she was younger and cooked with her great grandmother and grandmothers. Although they taught her well, she choose to attend Valencia College where she received her degree in Culinary Management. She has worked in many restaurants over the years, and has competed in several culinary competition. Where she has received two silver medals.
